Fashion and Camera's

Today is another cloudy and dreary pre-spring day. I'm a bit sad because my trusty camera has broken mysteriously while sitting in my purse and I am struggling to fix it. I really want to get out in the world and photograph all of the fun spring fashion there is to be had out there. What to do? What to do?
Needless to say, I'm in the market for a bigger and better camera than my good old tiny Kodak.
This time around I'm hoping to get my hands on a more professional grade photo taker :)
I'm pretty clueless about these things though, any suggestions?
I've found a few of these on Amazon...wondering if they are good or not.
Nikon Coolpix L110 12.1MP Digital Camera with 15x Optical Vibration Reduction (VR) Zoom and 3.0-Inch LCD (Black)
Nikon CoolPix L110
Sony Cybershot DSC-HX1 9.1MP Digital Camera with 20x Optical Zoom with Super Steady Shot Image Stabilization and 3.0 Inch LCD
Sony Cybershot DSC-HX1 (a bit pricey for me $304.95)

Anyway, I hope to get a replacement soon as well as some more cute vintage dresses in my store.
I just discovered a store online called Ruche they sell eco friendly and vintage inspired clothing.
I'm most definitely planning on buying a few out fits from their store.
Here are two of my favorite dresses.
